Sony Appears to be Working on a New Version of the DualSense

It would be cool to have minidisplays in the buttons showing an icon of their in-game function, and to have the touchpad as a touchscreen to optionally -selectable in settings- have there (at least part of) the HUD to keep a cleaner image on the tv.

But I think that unless they did some big advance on batteries, it would drain a lot of battery. And battery times of the DualSense should be improved, not reduced.

I think it would be better to have more battery instead of other gimmick that would reduce it.

And well, if they want to introduce gimmicks I'd include there something to emit smells.
