Ghost Busters is being created by Illfonic but it's a multiplatform game, so we can rule that out. Spider-Man 2 has already been announced so it can't be that.

Bullshit. According to him Sony was developing a Silent Hill game, which is false.

And yes, Sony will announce games, like every other gaming company. Ghostbusters and Spider-Man 2 already are announced, and doesn't make sense for Sony to make Ninja Turtles or Power Rangers games because they are minor IPs they don't own compared to the ones they own or are working with.

Men In Black is pretty much a dead IP by now and didn't work well in videogames.

If this is not a total made up bullshit like when he said all the Street Fighter related lies and an ooze Sony games really exist, I assume it would be a small new IP for PSVR2.

Ghostbusters is the other obvious choice. Both IP's that Sony owns, so makes a certain amount of sense.

MIB would be the better option gameplay-wise IMO.

I guess it could have Gotham Knights co-op but with up to four players but I was thinking more like Arkham City and Arkham Knight in regards to melee combat but in the TMNT universe.
