But in respect of not being fair and taking your comment as serious… do you realize Sony never crossed 25 million shipments for consoles even with the utmost effort? It is not a easy task to ship that much consoles and yes they need to increase man power in all front to that including distribution.

Consoles won’t fly by themselves to consumer hands or use storks.

I think 30 isn't realistic due to the chips issue, as I remember doesn't match with Sony's graph. By March 2024 they should be slighty above PS2/PS4/Switch numbers LTD.

Sony will quickly sell all units they can produce. The question is the amount of units they are going to be able to produce. I think 30M in a year isn't realistic and is only Tom's random guess.

I think 13 or 14 million for 21-22

18-18.5 million this FY 22 - 23

and then I thought they would go for 22-24 million next year but this seems to be very high.

This is why i think sony is holding back on thier 2023 line up, no way they can expect to ship that many consoles with vague hints of final fantasy and spider-man only.
