Paul Tassi revealed in his Baldur’s Gate impressions that he’s getting access to a review build of Starfield soon. He may not actually do that if his progress it wiped at launch anyway. Reason he brings this up is to give Baldur’s Gate an extensive shake for the next few weeks.
No word if whether this is one of the bs press review events when they’re invited to play the game for a weekend.

Nobody is talking about Starfield.
True, but I think its because of other massive releases like BG3, I think closer to release after their GamesCom showing, we'll see more talking about it. I think it can break records for Bethesda, I also think if it does sell less then Fallout 4 in regards to launch, it had everything to do with missing one of the biggest markets in regards to PS.
It has the Xbox stench on it now which caused many people to lose interest. It had more hype before a trailer was shown than it does now.

Xbox is irrelevant. So Starfield is basically a steam exclusive.
I doubt it'll end up anywhere close to Elden Ring and Hogwarts, since those had PS5 to pull from and Starfield doesn't.

You won't be playing it before it releases at all you'll be playing it when they decided to release it to the people that payed extra to play it 5 days early plus an expansion (this is supposed to be the biggest scope game ever made why on earth anyone would need an expansion is beyond me
)

They're not charging people to play early. They're forcing GP subscribers to play it late. I had no idea this was a thing. Funny how there's no media outrage.
