Most of these 22% have low to mid-end hardware… they are not the PCMR… even the OP shows the same.

PCMR are these that claim to max game with RTX 4090 and Intel Topdog CPU… they claim to be ”unbelievable” better than consoles but in fact most PC players (over 90%) have lower hardware than consoles.

Nah, just marketing and features. AMD marketing sucks, but their drivers have been decent in the last 2 years. Not like Nvidia hasn't had driver issues before either. The main thing that kills AMD right now is DLSS.

The AMD bad driver excuse is pretty old. Specially when you see the most popular GPU was a 1650 not too long ago. A Gpu that was terrible in 2019.

Polaris GPUs should have been more popular than the 1060 and specially the 1650.

The SSD+board+memory stick should cost around half of the PS5.

Then comes the cost of power unit, casings.

Sorry to ear this, I had many AMD GPUs... to me they never had more problems than their Nvidia counterparts... But I had to get something for CUDA projects.

Eh I don't agree with you but I think PC can bring unique experience. Nintendo and PS old games with better framerates and resolution, and DCS, along worth nearly million I spent on PC setup.
