Take-Two, the parent company of GTA developer Rockstar Games, is undergoing a round of layoffs. Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreier, who was first to report, said the cuts are coming from Take-Two's Private Division label "and other divisions."
A spokesperson for Take-Two, Alan Lewis, said the impact on development teams specifically is "minimal," suggesting the layoffs stem from non-development positions. Lewis said the move will help Take-Two "better align our organization with our long-term priorities."
