So, it looks like they are now saying there are about 5-6 remakes / remasters on the way in the next 2-3 years.

So there's a chance we get almost everything listed in the thread.

Certainly high chances of GTA4, RDR2, Midnight Club and even Max Payne 3.

The PC port of max Payne 3 is stellar and runs on a toaster. Not sure if theres a significant benefit remastering it.
