There debt is 1.7 billion according to their last report, It is not just they are down but their free cash flow also took a hit.

Zynga deal also included share swap. Their negative net income is the result of taking on Zynga expenses.
Zynga was also never that profitable. Even during pandemic, it didn't generate positive net income.
