To me, this is the real game awards. But it should be held in January to get all the 12 calendar months in.

Sony won:

• Studio of the year (Team Asobi)
• Console game of the year (Helldivers 2)
• Best multiplayer game (Helldivers 2)
• Best audio design (Astro Bot)
• Best game trailer (Helldivers 2 launch trailer)
• Critic's choice award (Helldivers 2)
• If the end acquiring Kadokawa, also got Best game expansion (Elden Ring)

The only other game that won 4 awards is a Sony console exclusive, FFVIIR.

Nintendo got nothing and MS, after spending almost $100B on acquisitions only got:

• Still playing award' (Minecraft)
• Best game adaptation (Fallout)

Again, the facts keep proving that doomers "were right": "PS is dead", probably due to Jim Ryan and Hermen Hulst, and "MS has a gaming monopoly". xDD
