The key to making a 10/10 game

I still find the best RE experience was in that format.

I would say the 2 and 3 remakes are perfect for modern Resident Evil. They perfectly captured the classic feel.
7 and Village while good do not match the remakes, and I don't think I will like 4 remake as that game is what started the long run fuckery that lead to the Giraffe man receiving a senesational BJ.

REmake 3 was an abomination made by Capcom full of themselves.
REmake 2 is alright.

Even so RE7 and RE8 captures better the classic feel than REmake 2.
The classic is still unmatched imo.
