Like Microsoft's drop, Sony's was also expected. Especially in software revenue because after February, all you really had was Wonderlands and the Lego Star Wars game. There's literally nothing else. Last year had Returnal, Ratchet, FF7R and at least RE 8 so it all makes sense. Benji-Sales summed it up nicely. The opening quarter was great and packed, last quarter starting in October will be packed but the middle six months have been completely dead.
Since Wonderlands, im still waiting for a new release game that I actually want to play. Will finally have one next week in Sword and Fairy!! Beginning and end of 2022 will be better than 2021 barring any Fall games getting delayed but the middle six months in 2022 has been worse than 2021 in my opinion.
