Today is the 10 year Anniversary of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royal!

10 years ago today is the day PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royal came out on PS3 and PS Vita and if you bought the PS3 version physically or digitally you got the Vita Version for free making this also the debut of Sony's version of Smart Delivery all the way back in 2012!

With this game possibly getting an Easter egg in the recent release of God of War Ragnarok I hope Sony thinks about releasing a sequel soon since their IPs have grown so much since then!

good because they should revisit battle royal but make a PlayStation All-Stars 2! They should team up with Capcom and give it huge funding and imagine what a PS5 next gen playstation allstars game would look like with places from uncharted 4 and ragnarok in the background as you fight!

Fire and if thy team up with Capcam it gives them more variety of characters to choose from. I would buy day one.

I think it was a good idea to make a fighting game mixing many PlayStation icons, but a very bad execution: I think that the art style was a wrong choice, that would have been something a more stylized that would give a more cohesive style to all these characters that have a very different style.

And that regarding the genre, I'd have tried to avoid making a Smash clone and instead go for something more appealing for the PlayStation fans, something like Street Fighter, Tekken or Mortal Kombat. Or even better: to try to find their own style, different and unique. Maybe starting with the Power Stone approach and adding some cool twist to make their own take.

And well, the selection of characters. Many PlayStation icons were missed, a bigger cast with beloved characters would have been better.

Regarding the gameplay itself, I played it a bit not sure if due to a demo, a big deal or something like that and wasn't great but was solid.

Oh the Cat and Robot thing from Stray being a playable character in PS All Stars 2 would be huge and if they can get Sam Fisher since they are remaking Spilenter Cell!
