Todd Howard says Starfield is already optimized "You might need to upgrade your PC."

After thinking about this more, I think the reason Todd said this is because they have a marketing contract with AMD that is bundling Starfield with AMD GPUs. So he might be obligated to try to promote people buying AMD hardware.

How is it "optimized" with no DLSS, poor FSR implementation, broken HDR/SDR, and no FOV slider? All that and with NPCs almost as ugly as Redfalls....
