If true GOW Ragnarok pc port using up time is just a slap in the face.

And? Sucker Punch, Bend, Bluepoint, Housemarque, Naughty Dog, Team Asobi, these should ALL have something to show for, as in, in the final year of development and already in advanced alpha.
Sucker punch is jerking around with a new online game, Bend is jerking around with an online component, Housemarque is working on god knows what, Bluepoint became completely useless, Naughty Dog wasted time in an online game, Team Asobi can't release a AA game in <4 years, while Japan Studio released games almost every year...
Development times account for something, but not for everything, and you making up excuses won't change that.

This such poor argument. There is always the same song - no one is buying PS5 just for GoWR.
I heard the same about Demons Souls, then Returnal, Ratchet and Clank, HFW, Then Spider Man 2 and list goes on.
Second, longer development times because of DEI, mismanagement, push for Online..
Third, if development times are longer, why rush? GoWR is released 1.5 years ago with good legs especially after big DLC. why make a port? Try to sweeze every last drop. They are just beyond stupid.

If we're being real here, this isn't an impressive list of games either. I only liked 4 of these. external devs have ALWAYS carried sony. This is the gen where people are finally realizing that i guess.
GOWR and Returnal are far better than every game you listed.
So the goalpost now moves to subjective opinions of quality, got it. This year you'll get Astrobot, I'm sure that is also much better than U4 and HZD
I'm not moving a goal post. I have been pretty vocal for about 10 years now that the PS4 has the weakest/slowest start in Playstation's history and I stand by that. This is coming from someone who has been Day one since Ps2.
The first 3 years, all I had was Bloodborne, Uncharted, and HZD. Similarly to last gen, The devs that propelled PS4 into greatness wasn't sonys devs. It was games like Persona 5, Nier Automata. This gen has been the exact same thing, Stellar Blade, ROTR, FFXVI/7R. These are the games that solidify my PS purchase.
People are seriously looking at the ps4 early gen with rose tinted glasses. To top it off, the system didn't even have BC. I would love to see what Bend, ND, Sucker Punch are up to, as much as the next guy, but I do not believe these studios are what makes an entire console generation good.

They should've invested in more studios to release games in between if development cycle is taking long. And even then, their fillers are just remasters and ports.
Why don't we see high quality AA games to fill in between releases or short AAA (PS360 style) fillers?
And Don't tell me Helldivers 2. I don't care for multiplayer mobile games with highend graphics.
