New chart for UK September. Xbox is flat compared to last year. Starfield did nothing 😬

Lower than Forza Horizon 5

The second best-selling game of the month belongs to Xbox's Starfield. After four weeks the game is narrowly behind Forza Horizon 5's launch in terms of sales, which remains the fastest-selling first-party Xbox game this generation (note: Forza Horizon 5 was also available on Xbox One). Of course, both games were available upon release in the subscription service Game Pass, so the true scale of their success is not purely about how many copies it sold. Two-thirds of the Starfield’s unit sales were on PC.

Yes it is, Chris, yes it is. The only other thing you could point to is revenue earned, and that's infinitely harder to measure with it being one of 100 mediocre games on a sub service. Giving away a game and getting eyeballs is a room temperature IQ move, and MS keeps making it and boasting about how smart they are.

If sales aren't important, let's see how it affected subscription services. How many new GP subs did they get? It didn't move the needle, end of story. He can try and spin it any way he wants.
