The interpretation is clearly that pitting a PS exclusive against an Xbox exclusive is platform warring. Banning a user for it is the typical heavy-handed Reeee approach, though.

If Spiderman 2's really releasing in September, Starfield is DOA in terms of sales on console. Any draw it could've had to get console owners to pick up an Xbox for it is pretty much done for.

Starfield sales on PC won't be affected by Spiderman 2 IMO, for obvious reasons, but it's effectively a kill shot towards any Xbox console sales momentum and that's already combined with what The Game Pass Effect will have on Xbox sales of the game.

It would never sell anyways on xbox, don't need to pretend as they play those games. Xbots didn't give a shit about ZB games before acquisition. Only place where will they sell the game is PC.
