There never was a case where that was a thing after MS bought Bethesda... Still, he lied when he said that was a case by case basis, because we know the conversations they had behind the scene.

Well, another evidence for regulators and Sony to don't believe a shit regarding supposed good MS intentions of keeping in PS future ABK/Zenimax/etc. stuff independently of whatever they said.

Pretty likely yes. But we know have evidence they were lying about Zenimax. We can assume they were also lying about keeping 'CoD and other popular AB titles' on PS but as I remember we still don't have evidence showing that after that period that they want to keep them on rival platforms (under abusive conditions) they'd move to exclusivity, even if it's what we can assume.
