After the "great" performance of Redfall and Starfield, combined with MS releasing As Dusk Fall on PS, the Xbox marketshare dissapearing and the Zenimax CFO saying the 'first or better, not exclusive' thing, it makes me think we'll see it on PS sooner or later.

In fact in this case, maybe will release in like 5 or 6 years from now, and Xbox may no longer exist by then.

1) the FTC has the authority to find out like they did for indiana jones
