Since the year is pretty much over and all of the big releases are out, what are your top 10 games that you've played/beaten this year? They don't all have to be 2023 releases.

2023 games on my backlog that I've yet to get to, Jedi Survivor, Armored Core 6, Zelda TOTK, Persona 5 Tactica, and I'm 10 hours in to Hogwarts Legacy and plan to return to it soon.

Why didn't you play Starfield on PC?? That game for me was unplayable for me without the HDR and Neutral luts mod, that hideous piss/greenish filter made the game a poor experience. Adding the mod made it a 100x more enjoyable experience, even tho the game is still mid. I can't imagine going back to the default settings, no idea what Bethesda was thinking, space is supposed to be black, not green/yellow. And willingly playing at 30fps?

looked into Jenny LeClue Detectivu because I like detective games and its on sale on steam for only $5 but a lot of the reviews say it ended badly on a cliffhanger and there wont be a 2nd game. Is it even worth playing?

It has practically zero gameplay or puzzles, just watch a longplay for the fun dialog and good voice acting.

Also, the game's "mystery" goes off the rails incredibly early, it gets to the point where there's no point to not just saying "aliens did it" because fuck, they might as well have. I didn't mention it but I only played 11 games that year, one for only 30 minutes, and it came in 9th so what does that tell you. It was really disappointing in everything except atmosphere.

I did my initial play through on Xbox because to be honest I just wanted to sit on my couch and play through it. I'm not a huge Bethesda fan and usually don't go for many of their games but Starfield was interesting to me. I have however played a bunch on PC as well messing around with it but doubt I'll go through it again on PC plus my PC isn't really high end anymore to really push anything.
