What game has the best mod support right now?

I've been getting into modding lately and I'm curious about which games you think have the best mod support these days. I'm talking about games where it's easy to find and install mods, plus there's a ton of cool stuff out there to try. Are we still all about Skyrim and Minecraft, or are there some newer games with awesome mod scenes I should check out? Drop your recommendations and maybe share your favorite mods too!

Bomb Rush Cyberfunk has a lot of cool stuff on it, like modded characters and maps, but idk how hard is to make those and to install it, but its the reason I will play it on pc on the future instead of any of my consoles

Bethesda games, but it's cause people try to fix them and sims 4.
