What is the scariest game you have ever played

Regular horror stuff doesn't scare me at all because I can't take it seriously. This might sound crazy but The Last of Us 2 was the scariest game I've ever played 
Extremely engrossing game with very high stakes, stuff like that is what scares me, not random jump scares or ugly villains/monsters/zombies.

No games really scare me but the OG Dead Space gave me many jump scares. The atmosphere in tht game is crazy.

Underwater stuff spooks me out so maybe like Ecco Defender of the Future or Subnautica. I wanted to play Subnautica but can't.

The dolphin is rather charming, it's the oppressive and suffocating environments, no light, no air, limited movement ability, etc.
