I can't be 100% sure of this but I played a game called Condemned at a friend's house, I think it was on an xbox.
There were lots of these mannequins in a building and the power was out, you had a flashlight to light up areas.
Used to hate going into a room not knowing if some were alive or not, I can remember one of the arms dropping off, scary stuff.

The game play is pretty dated now, but back in 2010 it was alright.

I found the shibito to be some of the creepiest villains in horror, due to their behaviour. Also add in you are in a remote Japanese village trying survive against against those things. I chickened out when I first played it on the PS3 years ago.
