A good boss fight is always memorable, but an amazing soundtrack can elevate it even higher. There's so many that have felt that way to me, but here are three off the top of my head:
Chrono Cross - Miguel
Way back when I first played this game I was used to boss music hyping up the fight so this one stood out for being such a change of pace and also for how the sadness of the melody perfectly reflected the fight.
Dark Souls 2 - Sir Alonne
There's so many good boss themes in Souls games, I could easily have made them my entire list. I chose this one because it fits so well with the way the boss moves. It always stood out to me from the first time I fought him. Plus, it's just a wonderful piece of music.
Resident Evil Code Veronica - Nosferatu
An oppressive sounding song for a chilling boss where it's all too easy to instantly die (namely by being pushed off the edge of the platform). The heavy notes of the song fit the boss so well.
