I would agree with RE7, the new aspect and style really surprised a lot of people. Even if many heard it was coming....

7 no doubt for me, back then only watched the traditional summer shows so nothing ever got spoiled for me.
I disliked the more action focused direction of the series at the time, so seeing clearly horror/thriller totally did not expect it.
The title card reveal with the lullaby/music top notch!

I remember the demo reveal at the end too. I remember it took a little longer than expected for the demo to show up on the PS Store!
