I just recently saw No Time to Die on the 18th and enjoyed it, Honestly It's hard to say what my favorite bond movie is?
Casino Royal was good but I liked Live and Let Die, and a lot of Roger Moore's Films
I need to rewatch Skyfall and Spector as I do not remember those that well!
Also Diamonds are forever and Gold Finger were great.
I like the song to The Living Daylights but man do I not remember anything from that movie tbh!
so Iconera what are your favorite Bond Films?

Live and let die, octopussy, The spy who loved me and For your eyes only.

Of the most recent ones I would say Casino royal was the only good one. (Vesper was so good in that.)

I remember this scene, around 2.10 minutes mark, just how incredibly beautiful that woman is.

The most recent one had a good opening of 20 mins, the rest of the movie was utter rubbish.

Can't stand how current James bond films have become,

Great thread!

Such a huge part of my youth was watching 'The Bond Season' every year on TV.... many of the older movies are so much fun.
I like the more serious movies too though.

For me, Sean Connery will always be number 1 , he came first, he set the standard and he had so much charisma....even in his later years, he was incredible in The Rock as an aged SAS 'operative'.

I would put Daniel Craig next, even though I am avoiding watching 'No Time to Die' cause I have heard bad things.... I really enjoyed Casino Royale and Skyfall in particular, the rest I found barely okay but due to writing...not his performances.

I may be biased here but I would say Pierce Brosnan comes in a close 3rd.... I really loved Goldeneye a lot, Tomorrow Never Dies and The World is Not Enough are also a bit underrated but Die another day is a disaster, so it really tainted things at the end.

I like all the actors though, even Lazenby had something to offer.

From Russia With Love
Goldfinger
You Only Live Twice
The Spy who Loved Me
Goldeneye
Skyfall
Casino Royale

They are my favorites in no particular order.

I am so happy to see all this Roger Moore praise, He was my favorite but man were people harsh on Octopussy and A View to a Kill which I loved both those movies!
Moonraker was a bit weird but I still liked it

Back in February of this year I rewatched A View to a Kill right after watching Mission Impossible 2. I thought it was great but there was some flaws with it. Roger Moore's face looked off in this movie for some reason.
Also some of the editing was weird like when that henchman lifts Bond up in the underground lab and when Bond is hanging off the ladder of the fire truck looked funny too.
That said A View To A Kill was still a great time and it is sad knowing that this was not only Roger Moore's last James Bond Movie but Lois Maxwells as well. Also the old school vs new school theme in the movie makes this feel very much of and end of an era. I loved the car chase in Paris and the escaping the burning building from the elevator as well.

I Rewatched Dr. No on November 4th and was absolutely surprised how well it holds up since the movie came out in 1962. Sean Connery really knocked it out of the park on the first try. I remember seeing it around 2005 maybe early 2006.
But today I finally watched On Her Majetey's Secret Service today that I have been wanting to watch for a long time now.
It was amazing as well. I thought George Lazenby was great in it.

The score was amazing as well and stood out a lot to me and the action was great. George Lazenby also packed a punch in his fight scenes. The movie looked really good as well.
I want to rewatch some others before the end of the end of the year. I wonder when Bond 26 will come out as No Time to Die is already 3 years old now.
