What is it with Xbox fans and simulators? Every week they have new random simulators and they are hype about them. Is that why you buy a next-gen console?
It's clear that PS+ has massively hurt GP leverage in game deals. Having gamepass on Pringles and $1 deals won't let you with a lot to negotiate with new deals. Sony being firm with their subscription deals gives them a much bigger budget to play with.
Too bad the fabled "Xbox war chest" isn't real.
I know console warriors are blowing their loads in the thread right now but I’ll add something constructive. Shenzhen is old but is a great game. Offworld is also old but is solid.
Couldn’t care less about Ghost Recon Ubisoft trash but the other three console titles are very appealing to me. Two Point Hospital was great, and Cooking Simulator is great on PC. I’ve seen the Golf Racing beta, it looks fun.
Also people forget this is just the first batch of games. They’ll make another announcement or two. For example we already know Midnight Fight Express is coming later in August and looks good.

Let them dream that MS is willing to burn as much money as it takes to win the console wars they already lost 10 years ago. Xbox fans still didn't realize that PC/Cloud/Mobile is their exist strategy from the hole they dug themselves in with Xbox.

I liked Two point hospital, same team I believe that did Campus. Pretty great series published by Sega. The rest............. Like god you know they wont be called out for these shit months by the likes of Destin, Colteastwood or any of the die hard xbox people for how shitty the last couple months have been.
I hope MS has got some influx of games coming because right now its not looking good if you are a subscriber currently.
I mean if people are into these more power to them. But in terms of what I just got for the past 2 months and whats coming for August on another platform. It makes this look like a joke.
Now we know why they are pushing for the Activision deal to close sooner rather than later. They need content and none of their internally managed studios have anything coming soon.

2 Good variety of games, not all walking SIMULATORS, Bring Smoke
3 Good as they have easy achievements.
4 Short games, no one wants to play a god of war game for 25+ hours

That's pretty garbage.
Considering these contracts probably are made months in advance I wonder if the impending PS+ Extra/Premium coming and people being in talks with Sony really dampened the possibilities for Xbox. Sony has been aggressive at going after "exclusive subscription" contracts as well.
Of course also just not much of anything coming out lol
Sony going for the Gamepass jugular either way.
The idea Xbox has "stopped trying" is pretty ridiculous though... they also likely slowed down 3rd party contracts expecting more 1st party games by now.. whoops... but I would bet w/ Starfield being delayed they'll have something big for the holiday quarter when the industry finally starts releasing some games again lol

I once said if Sony did a gamepass type deal that they could fund those medium sized games like Returnal and it would bea sure bet. Hilarious that they not only made an alternative, but it has Returnal on it.
