Valves platform valves rules but Sonys fault that they're selling the game knowing the terms of the game

Sony put the game there as is. With a warning. They didn't tell the players, you know, the people who paid them money, that they are going to ask for accounts and remove the game in 177 countries. Nor they did tell Valve.

The opposite is also true. People are people. This forum has introduced me to a new kind of Sony fans I was unaware of. But in real life, both kind of people will buy their games on their platforms and enjoy them. Whatever noise a few people make online is irrelevant.

Also, a lot of members on this website are mad at Sony for porting games to PC and not treating them right, aka rebooting their games and adding features and whatever else they want, so they go and blame PC gamers and talk all sorts of smack about them as if we are the ones controlling Sony to port their games to us.

Yes, you have to get Valve approval. But Valve's approval process won't inquire about your plans for the future of your game. Did they tell Valve we are going to sell our game for 3 months and then dislist it in half the available countries?

I don't see your post making any sense, the blame has always been on Sony, Sony is the one who knowingly sold the game in countries that they do not support.

Pilestedt isn't responsible for anything, Sony deserves to be thrown under the bus, they were the ones who delisted 125 countries after their own fuck up, Arrowhead is not to blame. They were fixing issues regarding account linking so they let it be optional for a time. Sony is the one at fault for swindling hundreds of thousands of people out of the game because they shouldn't have sold in those countries in the first place, also, another thing. Supporting only 70 countries when you sold to way more is absolutely short-sighted by Sony and they deserve the backlash they are getting.

The terms of purchase were that you needed a PSN account. And unless Valve's policy says they can force you to accept refunds on your game for any reason at any time, they're not covered by whatever rules you've imagined.

Perhaps Pc gamers get pissed at seeing just how incredible some games can look on a piece of hardware that is many times less powerful than theirs.

And that refund is completely fair, they can get the refund and steam is offering the refund. Its the bitching and crying that is ridiculous, they can get the refund and move on and let the people who want to make psn id's make them and play the game
