They did.- ABK deal blocked
- MS having to pay ABK half of what they paid to get Bethesda.
- 30% decrease in hardware sales.
- Pathetic service growth
- 30 fps games
- Under performing hardware getting beat by an overclocked 8TF RDNA 1.5
The only way this gets funnier is if Sony already made move to counter the ABK deal in case it did pass.
Deviation and Firewalk are working on AAA multiplayer shooters. There's always a chance they become popular and eat some of COD share

Of course you do, because I'm going to bet you didn't even read the documents. I'll make this simple:
A big corporation buying its way into controlling most of a nascent market will only stifle competition by raising the entry-level. Less competition means higher prices and less innovation.
A child can understand why they did this, and it's based on standard economic theory.
I doubt it. This entire thing was probably his play to stay or get massive payday. Everybody seem to have forgotten the ABK scandals at this point.
The ABK deal is dead, that's about it.
Than he show up here talking about his gut feeling and trying to find an explanation to why all his estimates are wrong and always overestimating Xbox performance.
It's also funny how he's suggesting MS do the very thing they accuse Sony of being crooked and shady for doing.

Microsoft needs to invest, make partnership with smaller studios, foster their games and then buy them. It's what Sony and Nintendo do. Also, it seems Apple does this too.mister intuition
