Yes it's so much better buying a $3000 PC instead of a $500 console to play the same games just 2 years after and with stuttering everywhere added. Without haptics. Plus with all the PC hassles for free.
For me, it's the exact opposite as what you said. My PC is collecting dust as a gaming...
Then just shut up and enjoy the best games like everybody.
Unless you prefer Game Pass 70 rated trash indies and going back in time with Redfail, a 30 fps shooter like we played ten years ago (with graphics from ten years ago too).
That game looks 2 generations behind Horizon Burning Shores, yet it can't run above 30 fps while Burning Shores will run like HFW at 40 and 60 fps.
How pathetic is that. A bad looking 30 fps shooter in 2023.
Maybe MS shouldn't have bragged that much about how "powerful" their new console was...
Great news. I'm still in awe of how good the character scenes look in Horizon Forbidden West, especially on an OLED TV. It's incredible.
The open world looks great too, even with the "balanced" setting. It's definitely one of the greatest engines ever.
You can work as much as you want on it, it will be hard to port that game to anything other than the very top GPUs. It needs a LOT of VRAM. PS5 has dedicated hardware I/O system and PCs don't. PS5 has ultra fast SSD too, most PCs don't. And that game was very well optimized for PS5 and its...
Meanwhile, MS just ended the $1 GamePass promo. Like I said multiple times, GamePass price will rise, quality will drop. And nobody will benefit from this deal if it goes through, certainly not Xbox fans who'll pay for everything and more.
Green team is still in denial stage. Can't wait for the...
This game could be a good looking mediocre gamepass fodder when it finally releases.
Which would be a clear upgrade over the usual bad looking mediocre gamepass fodder that MS usually releases.
Wow, I'm shocked, my green friends like Adam_the_banned_astroturfer told me they would never do that and it was just bad luck that no Bethesda game would appear on PS5 now. Coincidence they said, nothing to do with MS outright buying the whole video game market with money from uncle Nadella...
PC Gamer preview makes the game look terrible. This game has 65 Meta Gamepass fodder written all over its face. Again...
I don't know how Microsoft does to constantly reach that 60 to 75 score range of games nobody cares about. They're constant in mediocrity, you can't take that from them...
Hi Sircaw, my favorite fish ! I'm pretty fine thanks, it's just I have a bit less time on my hands these days with the family and everything. I hope everything is going well for you too my friend. 😘
Hi Bryank ! Yes, HW sales are the big red flag so soon in a new gen. I agree the lack of great exclusives definitely hurt them.
It looks to me a lot of GP growrh depends on Starfield success now... That game should definitely bring subscribers, but why would they stay on the long run ?
Oh look, their new consoles are already half dying. -13 % in hardware sales so soon in a new gen is abysmal. And it comes after Game Pass missing its growth target twice by a good margin.
Looks like Game Pass won't change the world after all and people ultimately didn't care about having dozens...
I wouldn't say it looks awful, but yes, Bethesda is definitely not known for any technological leap. Still, I'm excited if it turns good. I hope it doesn't get boring too fast.
Yeah no, that's not how it works, it's political. EU decides what they want in EU. And deal collapses globally if EU denies it, because a deal without EU wouldn't make sense for MS (EU is 440 million consumers).
Sueing them would take years and would probably lead to nothing, since EU decision...
MS wants the deal to fail, that's probably why they're not even trying to convince EU. They paid far too much (they bought before Nasdaq lost 50 % or more) and Game Pass is a flop anyway, it just missed another target by a landslide. Buying Actibliz makes doesn't make sense anymore, especially...
