MS took Sony's price policy as far as console vs PC pricing.

Yeah because they didn't launch at the same time.

By the time the game launched on PC, it was already discounted on PSN by then.

Starfield is different. It's an Xbox game, launching on the same day, but charging $10 extra from Xbox users and $10 less from PC gamers.
