Tomb Raider has some value but is a poor man's Uncharted. Nostalgic value only

Legacy of Kain deader than dead
Crystal Dynamics is a joke. Were always mid tier but their last project was Avengers. Whatever minimal value they might have had had long since gone. Steer well clear
Eidos Montreal - maybe decent heard good things about GOTG. Could maybe continue work on a Marvel game
THQ - is there a more worthless developer in history?
Even Square Enix saw these devs had little value, and this is the company who things NFTs are the future. Only maybe diamond in the rough there is Eidos Montreal
The only good to come from Sony buying any of these devs would be that they will provide some employment opportunities to whoever has to close their operations in 3-5 years

Tom Raider IP has a ton of potential. And Sony was silly for letting it slip away. A Great Tomb Raider game will sell extremely well, as we saw with the 2013 Reboot.
