It only feels PS centric because the other major forums seem to moderate one way. So some of the more well known PS fans either came here or were a part of setting this place up. I stopped posting on other forums (and was never banned or got in trouble) because I could see what was happening. I've gamed on every platform out there, including PC back in the day. I've had every Xbox. I continue to get Sony and Nintendo platforms.

Gamers and people who are chill are welcome here.

FFVI and FFXII are the very pinnacle of the franchise.... each own in it own way and merits.

Well I definitely agree with you on this. VI is so dang good in every single way. I still liked VII when it came out, but the story is almost a repackaging of VI with a different skin, and inferior characters (and less of them to boot). People were just so enamored with the 2.5d CG backgrounds of the era that I think it really clouded (no pun intended) their judgement of everything else about VII. The battles, the music, the characters, including characterization and design, .... all not as good. Still a very good game though.

IMO the musics in FFVI are better but the audio quality of FFVII is in another level.

If you listen to original FFVI soundtracks and not the game midis you can get a better ideia… FFVII CD quality makes all difference here.

15 is fantastic and it's hard to say why. It's better than sum of it's parts

IMO the musics in FFVI are better but the audio quality of FFVII is in another level.

If you listen to original FFVI soundtracks and not the game midis you can get a better ideia… FFVII CD quality makes all difference here.

But this is about the game. Not the soundtracks. FF7 music >> FF6 and I like FF6 music a lot. Also I disagree fundamentally, I think the music scoring and composition in FF7 is superior to FF6 in many ways.
