Yea, we need to be better, and I think us being open and honest about why this forum was started is why so many people have signed up in such a little amount of time.
We already have better conversations going on. Although a lot of people are Playstation fans on this site, we allow everything gaming and moderation so far has been fantastic in making everyone feel welcome.

Just dont be a dick, throw insults, or purposely troll someone's beliefs. Respect is a two way street. This place is for us to talk fun stuff even if its not gaming related.
Mods over there were all throwing Fud because of the people behind the start up of this were ex gaffers and pro playstation people. But @Bryank75 @Darth Vader have really taken to heart a lot of things we all saw wrong on Neogaf.

And thats the reason this place exists. We just want to talk games, have some laughs and chill.

OK i agree with all that but give us 1 blow out thread here to discuss that stuff

For a bit I would look and just see reasons for console warring and stuff and think “okay, maybe”.

Definitely getting out of hand and don’t really know what yours was about. You talk about technology and PC. Ray tracing and stuff.

Well I was banned after being quoted the whole day over and over by CatLady and lognor. Both were fishing for a meltdown that didn’t happen and kept quoting me and suddenly the mods banned me and accused me of harassing people and warringz which is funny because I barely talked about Xbox on GAF.

The fact there were people calling me out when I was banned for sending PM's about this place. I was never banned for insulting anyone over there, I never threw hurtful things at anyone. And I was always honest in what I liked. I didn't try to walk a fine line like most mods or people trying to be mods over there.

I was open about what my opinions on gaming were. If people want to label me fanboyish you do you. At least im honest about it. People see this place as A pro Playstation. And I'm not going to lie I think a lot of us at least the founding members and mods lean toward playstation. But you can't put that against people. If they wanted this to be playstation only we would have half the numbers and no interaction on other topics which are totally worth talking about positive or negative.
I'm glad there are xbox fans on here. I dont follow everything xbox, and if there's something cool happening on that platform it should be talked about.

Why they are flinging Fud is the influence thats happening over there with some.....cough shady background financial support. There seems to be over there a lot of change in influence in threads/moderation.
Which is fine, but know thats never going to be a case here. If you want to make a thread about xbox and how you think its great, DO IT!

People need to be respectful in their discussion's thats all we ask.

I do wish for people to be able to visit both places, we are not banning anyone who still has accounts linked to other forums. People should be free to be on as many community's as they want.

If your site is having retention issues, it think that reflects in how your running your site.
