Sounds good for Nintendo fans, pretty much nothing to me.

I don't even dislike Mario and might even end up playing but I just don't care very much at this point to get excited over it.

6 for me, the big first party announcements were 2D Mario and Warioware, two titles I traditionally am not into. Wonder might turn into NSMB's Odyssey moment though, it would be great if that team could finally rise above mediocrity and produce a "SMB" game worthy of the name.

I watched this while swamped at work and will have to give it a deeper look tonight.

Edit: You know what, even if it looked jank as fuck I am glad they finally made good on the long-announced Detective Pikachu 2. That ups it to a 7 for me.

Edit 2: Actually, I missed a shitload of stuff while AFK working at work. Peach game and LM2 port elevate it up to an 8, and a strong 8 at that. If only Mario was 3D instead of 2D...

Meh. All I see is a bunch of spam of ports and remakes. Super Mario Wonder seems like it’s gonna sell 100 million copies tho.

Very solid 8/10. Didn't watch it live but am catching up on what was announced, and they have quite a few neat announcements there. Christian Whitehead's studio's new game (looks great), Super Mario RPG remake, the new Super Mario Bros., Star Ocean announcement etc. And what they showed, had a good amount of gameplay in there, too.

Even if some of the games are multiplat, that doesn't negate them being nice showings. Surprised Persona 3 Reload was not announced; maybe Atlus are going to port that later to the Switch 2?

So anyway, guess that puts Nintendo's show as the best of the Big 3 with a solid 8/10. Microsoft's was a 7/10 (particularly after all the controversies started coming out), and Sony's was a 6.5/10 though I feel like bumping it up to a 6.75/10.

But I want to drop a point from my vote because I thought Super Mario RPG was a new entry and not a remaster.

Still it was the best show this summer.

Why did poll close after only 10 votes? I'd give it an 8/10, too much DLC content, and too much farming sim crap. Pikmin 4 looks great, new 2d mario, new Peach game.
