Well, they aren't MS community managers. Community Manager is who runs the social media accounts of Xbox and their game, replies as their brand in their oficial forums/discords/posts in official website comments if needed, etc.
These 'MS ambassadors' instead are just paid shills/bloggers/podcasters/'journalists'.
The best think MS could ever done is to get rid of these toxic fans.
