The former Until Dawn devs are making an Until Dawn spiritual successor, not the survival horror mentioned in the list. But I assume yes, sounds like a continuation of their relationship after Until Dawn. Many games have the genre wrongly listed because whoever made the list had no idea of gamedev, the list is only another 4chan fake.
The TLOU factions game isn't in the list (like many other projects where XDEV may or should be involved) pretty likely because the list is fake. I think the game should be out next year, because even if it's supposed to be the biggest Naughty Dog project ever, and will also include a strong narrative focus compared to the typical multiplayer game, they have been working on it since a year or two before releasing TLOU2.
