They promises to release games from the franchises. They can be mobile versions of the games.

I know what you mean, and maybe that's a step forward for Nintendo owners. But if Xbox+Steam got the real version of Warzone3 while PS5 got the mobile version, it would be an obvious parity issue. Jim Ryan nailed MS on this point during the hearings. This is why Nintendo shouldn't be considered as a competing platform, even if it literally does compete for dollars.
