Ehhh, 50/50 on this. They're kinda right if you treat the switch as a handheld that can be cast on a big screen, as handhelds notoriously have had different versions of games, but if you treat it as a home console that you can take it with you, it was severely underpowered when it released and it's aging fast.
I think most devs are still aiming for the home console angle instead of the portable, and that reflects poorly on both their work and the switch's library.
