Huh. You have one company not trying to sell 1 niche game that has also has 2, maybe 3 other high profile PS5 exclusives this year as proof they don't see the competing platform as worth the effort. Square is absolutely getting some incentive not to publish their biggest games on Xbox. They would be foolish not to be. So no this is not a solid example of a publisher not seeing MS's platform as worth the effort, this is a publisher that has their biggest games paid not to come to the other platform and spinning this choice in a way that is favorable. Square has a vested interest in people choosing PS5 over Xbox because their biggest games are on that platform exclusively.
This doesn't mean I think Xbox is not struggling, I just see the arguments in this thread as missing context.
