New update:

Project named Trinity: APU features 30 WGP and 18000MTs

So 60 CUs with upto 8 blank SIMD64 blocks per CU?

Also GDDR6/GDDR6X memory currently perform at 18000 MTs. So it's either of those. My thought is that they gonna go with GDDR6X for power consumption at higher bandwidth.
Any information on the node? I imagine the clocks will be higher as well.

My guess it 5nm for PS5 2000, 4nm for PS5 Pro

RDNA4/Zen4/Zen4c already in production at 4nm.
PS5 Pro sounds great to me, 100% buying one in 2024. I'll skip the slim if it exists.

I don't even care about how much powerful if it's anything around that ballpark.

PS4 Pro was already great last gen, the main problems being the excessive noise and lack of patches, neither problem seems likelly this time given that the PS5 is completely silent and most games already have multiple modes usually with dynamic res and unlocked fps.

I feel like a powerful CPU is going to be key for us to benefit the most from this beyond just higher resolution.

I'm sticking with my PS5. I don't think the differences will be massive enough to warrant selling my old PS5 and getting the refresh. It feels like we are being shoehorned into upgrading as often as a PC GPU. And that sucks.. I'll wait on the PS6 whenver that comes available.
