I think Helldivers was 2023 also.... but I realize many might not think of it as a huge game / 'big one'.
Oh wow, its grimacing Luffy here with more of his half-baked takes. Starting with the crossouts... SoT DLC, Dungeons of Hinterberg, Flightsim and Clockwork Revolution are all MS funded console exclusives.
Fable - cinematic cutscene
Hellblade - cinematic cutscene
South whatever - ass
Forza - zzz
Avowed - all time biggest downgrade
Starfield - only decent looking exclusive, but it's Bethesda so no trust there from gamers
Too little too late implies this was capable of helping move units in the first place
And finished with three single player games, something that Sony certainly didn't fucking do.Bro started listing off DLC
Spiderman 2, Phantom Blade Zero, FFXVI, FFVII Remake Part 2, GranBlue Fantasy, Tower of Aghasba, Sword of the Sea, Ultros
They didn't finish with those games, other than Spiderman. And FFVII remake wasn't even in the show at all. Is there a bird nest in your head or something?

This was a better presentation. I'm choosing my words carefully because overall it was a run-of-the-mill affair. No bombshells. No big surprises.
Starfield garnered most attention, exactly like last year when it was supposed to release. Avowed took a step backward. I can't really comment on Fable because it was almost all in-engine cinematic. More Hellblade for the 3rd year running. Flight Sim and SoT crossovers. Ho-hum.

Ain't nobody want that shit when the likes of Witcher 3 exist. Since a Skyrim successor is 4 yrs off least... lane is still open for Sony to establish one AAAA medieval fantasy RPG with Sony's quality touch. Who's gonna make it though? Sony's crown jewels are all busy with their own IP's. Will they even capitalize on this opening and pause when they're too consumed with the GAAS push? From has gone full 3rd party... Bandai making sure of that. 10% stake or whatever the fuck it's for Kudokawa ain't gonna cut it.

True. Regardless of what it was, it's trash now. Especially compared to something else that looks kinda similar in Immortals of Aveum.

A bunch of shit looks similar to that. Laughable but not unexpected when it comes to MS. Instead of going for a Witcher killer... they settled on that. Imagine the meetings and process for that pitch... a "lower your expectations" sticky note front and center.
Well didn't Matt Booty say a few years ago that they were only going to be making AA level games between their big releases (I assume that was supposed to be Halo)? This definitely looks AA-ish but if they think this type of content will move gamepass or console sales they've got another thing coming. Imagine if they didn't manage to have Starfield be exclusive...what state MS 1st party would be in...
