Nintendo didn't sue because they were in talks with Microsoft behind-the-scenes. MS will change the models, etc so it's not a direct copy of Pokemon.

It also wouldnt surprise if they say nothing and only mention Nintendo, and then a few minutes later Playstation uplaods Hi Fi Rush on there channel
And say PS and Nintendo need to do the same otherwise they are
A.) Out of touch
B.) Anti consumer and not pro gamer
C.) Are losing to Xbox because its all about reaching gamers. Xbox is now on 250+ consoles plus PC day 1.
