PC is not relevant competition to PS or Switch. PC-Gaming is heavily dominated by F2P/Crossplatform and Live-Service Games!

99% of the times we see any relevant metrics about platform-splits and revenue, we see PS/Switch miles ahead of PC!
The amount of PC-Gamers (With decent systems) willing to actually pay full price for a premium game, is generally way too low, and they are also heavily fragmented.

Take away Steam-Sales, Key-Stores, VPN-Tricks (And general piracy!), and High-Budget games wouldn't even be worth it anymore, for PC (They mostly aren't already, anyway!).

The only bit of hope that PC-Gaming has left is a service like Denuvo, to at least crack down on all the freeloaders.

I wish you were better at this.

Unlike most subsidiaries, Bungie is still operated by a board of directors. While Sony can disolve that board of directors if financials aren't met. The company still has a degree of independence.
All relatively big companies, subsidiaries or not, have their board of directors. It's 100% owned by Sony, which means it has 0% independence.

Like any subsidiary they must follow the strategy, interests and orders from their owner and boss, in this case SIE/Hermen Hulst, the CEO of SIE first party stuff. And have certain freedom to operate but within that strategy, interests and orders.

If whatever executive of the subsidiary goes against their own company gets fired and replaced.

This is not true and if it were we'd see Helldivers on Xbox already or Lego Horizon Adventures.
Of course is true, the SIE expansion to multiplatform is mentioned in the acquisition press release and when SIE acquired Bungie already had several games on PC, MLB on Xbox and more in the works because their PC and mobile strategy had started in the Shawn Layden times (so before Hermen/Ryan/Bungie acquisition).

Sony also had mentioned it multiple times. And also explained that they wanted to keep PS Studios games (like Helldivers 22) console exclusive but some of them being ported to PC while having Bungie multiplatform everywhere day one.

Things change.
Yes, SIE may decide in the future that they make Bungie console exclusive.

But as of now that didn't happen, continue releasing the Destiny stuff day one everywhere and Marathon continues announced for Xbox. The new IP they were incubated has been moved to PS Studios, meaning they continue having a difference between PS Studios and Bungie.

See above. It could very well still come out on Xbox on day 1, I just wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't.
Yes, they may change their mind somewhere in the future. But as of now, Destiny and Marathon continue being full multiplatform. They may even end in Switch 2 too if it's powerful enough and if its online is decent enough.
