Ah, im of the opinion where thers smoke, theres fire. Not saying sony bought the whole company but maybe a large investment under the table waiting for this activsion deal to settle before a formal announcement.

Sony doesn’t have to wait for the MS/Activision fiasco to wrap up for anything. The regulatory issues facing MS have nothing to do with anything Sony does.

How long ago was that? The way square is behaving (zero xbox games announced for 2023 and beyond) I think there is something going on behind the scenes.

Square is having financial difficulties so Sony is helping thus having games only on Sony platforms, same thing happed with Bethesda but MS went and brought it.
