I HATE Souls games, I got several posts in here saying I'm not a Souls fan but trust me this game is fire! And it lets you adjust the difficulty, it's really not that difficult.
yes doing it right now, he's kinda hard, almost beat him but that grab 1 shot me.
When he starts up the animation for thr grab attack just done or run, get some distance either that or save the grenades for this.
His other attacks are easy to parry
Its more like Nier than a souls game, it's way too easy too be considered soulslike
Its like God of war, where u have coloured rings every time an enemy is about to do an attack. If it's blue u can do circle plus forward to easily dodge it
If its orange u just parry it
Unless there is a hard mode that removes this in the final game I wouldn't consider it soulslike
That does boost my confidence! I love Nier and I want to play the demo.

...neither are really hard. But GoW is easier, unless you cheese in Souls games.
Nah, played plenty of souls games. God of War is harder, only positive, you can progress easier.

No lol Nier you can just button mash and win, there's no bonfire, parry doesn't matter at all...not even on hardest difficulty.

It does have the bonfire with those pod things u save at, forgot what they were called
Yeah Nier is super easy, that's why I stay Stellar Blade is what nier should have been
No cringe anime tropes
Actual music that isn't just Celtic choirs
Actual humans instead of androids that act like 12 year old japanese girls
And etc
How you get this suit ?
Just beat the demo. It is like heavenly sword (action combat) meets lies of p (rest stops and boss fights) meets dark soul (dodging and party mechanics) meets Nier (music and character designs). There are two parts to the demo, one is like an introduction to the storyline and the other is a level like progressive stage where at both parts you fight a boss. There are opportunities to upgrade and experiment with fighting techniques. Then when you beat the demo, you unlock boss mode.
