Agreed 2/3 points is not a big difference. GOW 2018 was 3 points less than RDR2 and it won GOTY over it.
Yeah, maybe. FF16, RE4 Remake, SF6, Sea of Stars, and Alan Wake 2 could be good. It’s a loaded year.

There's alot or should be alot of contenders. This gaming year when out in perspective is crazy.
Might be the greatest gaming year in 25 years.

All I know is that Remedy definitely did the right thing by delaying Alan Wake II by a week. Lol But even that might not be enough.
I only played this game for a short time at Target and immediately felt fresh. I’m glad Nintendo tooks its time and didn’t rush another NSMB clone.
And Hogwart’s Legacy. That game was good. It might get ignored for other reasons, though.
If this game was EXACTLY the same but with Rayman instead of Mario: 82 MC.
