you do realize that Monster Hunter World was a PS4 exclusive in Japan from January 26th, 2018 to August 9th, 2018 right?
Before the PC version even launched the PS4 version of Monster Hunter World got a value pack (4,990 yen): and another PS4 pack in bundle

Also don't forget Monster Hunter Iceborne (and the Master Edition including the Monster Hunter World and Iceborne in one pack.) was also a late release on PC as well. It launched before the Holidays on September 6th, 2019 while steam didn't get it until January 9th, 2020.
The game is capable of running in 4K at 60 fps.

Those leaked capcom numbers were back in 2020 and 3 years before the steam version got a huge boost from the Monster Hunter Wilds new:

This time around with Monster Hunter Wilds not being a PS5 exclusive in Japan and launching day one on PC I wouldn't expect the PS5 version to have such a huge jump over the PC version considering:
1. like I said above, Day one PC release.
2. PS5 sales have slowed down drastically in Japan the past month thanks to the price hike. The PS5 is about to fall behind the PS4 if the pro doesn't move units in Japan:

Even if the PS5 gets a huge boost hardware wise before February of next year. Software sales in Japan for PS5 have not been great this gen. FF XVI is the best selling PS5 game we know of and it is under half a million physical copies sold. Monster Hunter World on PS4 sold 2.85 million physically on PS4 and I wouldn't bet on Wilds can do that on PS5. Seeing as RE8 Village if Capcom's best selling PS5 title only did this in it's opening week in Japan:
