Done until when? You're ignoring how technology has changed and that there are diminishing returns on silicon.
Games take longer to develop now than ever.
Maybe for you they are. You have an option. Just don't buy a mid gen console.
It is when the same games are on PC as they are console which was a natural evolution of consoles going x86.
I saw some data that really influenced me. It suggested that there's a dip mid-console lifecycle where the players who want the very best graphical experience will start to migrate to PC, because that's obviously where it's to be had. We wanted to keep those people within our ecosystem by giving them the very best and very highest [performance quality]. So the net result of those thoughts was PlayStation 4 Pro - and, by and large, a graphical approach to game improvement.
Your baseless opinions you mean right?
That Dragon Age running at 1080p 30 fps. Not sure what the fuck is happeningnow, it is just a question, did we reach the limit of graphical fidelity or devs just don't give a fuck and use the power with 0 optimization?
because looking at a lot of games, they aren't that 10TF good looking and plague with different kind of problems.
by the look of it. more power, didn't end up materializing into something way better, it is just more of the same from PS4 for the most part.
very few games really justify that 10TF.
at least, PRO will offer 60fps in PS5 fidelity mode who are interested in FPS, which is pretty nice, bigger SSD and faster USBs.
This is news to me actually, I didn't think they started r&d on Pro until well after base PS5 shipped.Of course we knew this..everyone was already anticipating a PS5 Pro before the console was even launched lol..either way this the first major PlayStation hardware I will actively not support
