What is the best looking system in your mind?

What in your opinion is the most slick system ever released?
for me the original 2004 silver DS just has a vibe not any other system has recreated.

My list would go:
1. Launch 2004 DS (Silver, Electric Blue just didn't do it for me.)
2. Launch PS3 (Not the 2 USB model with the plastic looking chrome on it, either the one with the reflective chrome trim or the all black 2006 launch PS3.)
3. PSP 2000
4. Wii (Not Wii Family Edition)
5. Silver GameCube
6. GBA SP Silver
7. Xbox 360 Launch Models
8. PS Vita (This should be higher than PSP but atheistically speaking, the joy sticks look worse than the PSP Analog nub. I'm glad the Vita has joy stick for gameplay but it makes it look slightly less slick.)
9. Gameboy Micro (most 2000s looking system of all time.)
10. DS Lite (The reason I rate this lower than the OG DS is the gloss finish while great isn't better than the original.)

and everything else I haven't really thought about ranking but I do actually like the way the 2012 PS3 slim looks. Never got the appeal of the first PS3 Slim that a lot of people praise. I don't hate the way the PS5, Xbox Series Consoles, or the Switch look and in fact will give credit to the PS5, and Series X going for a unique look but both along with the switch just don't look too appealing to me.

So anyway today is the 20 year anniversary of the Nintendo DS I was gonna make a thread about it but I thought it probably wouldn't do well on here so I thought of what thread I could make to celebrate. Well the first thing that stuck out too me about the DS was how much the launch 2004 silver model stuck out to me. I know it may not be the best feeling version of the DS but man I thought it looked awesome.

Both the launch 2004 DS and the PSP 2000 looked far ahead of their time and I think both Nintendo and Sony have had trouble making their future systems (Besides launch PS3 and not the PS3 with the plastic looking chrome on it.) look as good as these two.

PS4 slim

PS3 slim
I always thought the PS3 super slim (2012) was underrated I would easily rank it above the 2009 slim because it made the non glossy look work better imo.
The 2009 PS3 slim and the PS4 slim look to kinda cheap looking to me compared to the previous versions (I would even rate the PS4 Pro above the PS4 Slim). The original launch PS4 looked pretty good and had a classy way of having a glossy part on top and matte plastic at the bottom.

Ps1 probably. Everything else in my mind looks tacky or like a boring set top box. Ps1 had unique class.

120 GB PS3 Slim was peak aesthetic era for Sony. All their other consoles have been ugly by comparison.

Series S and X are definitely up there, too. Way more aesthetically pleasing than PS5.

I also think the GameCube is pretty neat.

PlayStation 2 will always be my best looking console.

Along with this beauty we never got. The Panasonic Q. DVD player version of the Gamecube.

Oh yes! Playstation 2 by a landslide!

I had the horizontal stand just because of the dark blue. It was gorgeous when turned on. The blue and green leds on that black were magical.

Photo for reference. Not mine. Sadly.

GameCube
Ps2
360 Elite
Ps4 Pro
Nintendo DS-i
GameBoy Advance SP
GameBoy Micro

I was gonna include the Switch, but it's honestly just a boring tablet with shitty controllers and an HDMI dock.

I picked up a White Switch OLED today and it looks good.

Wouldn't make my top 10 but it does look very nice but only undocked of course

My brothers PS2 never came with that blue stand, did you have to purchase it separately?

Best ones:

1. Launch model 360 (though, ironically it had some of the worst build quality out of all of these.)
2. Model 2 Sega Genesis (the "normal"/common one,) I love the old black plastic era Sega family.
3. US-type SNES, so weird but I love it
4. PS2-the first "vertical" console, such a trendsetter.
5. Gamecube w/GBR add-on so its actually a cube. Cute lil chonker.
