When Xbox consoles stop being made, how high will PlayStation sales go?

Damn, and I thought that $800 in Argentina was bad.

To be honest now its about $800 too, but for around two years after launch it was around $1000, got mine at launch either way and will get a pro a launch too.

I dont think that sony is not getting any competition if xbox leave the console market.
Quite the opposite, that opens up a spot for someone to come around and make their mark, just like xbox itself did when sega became irrelevant.

Yeah, there's some companies that could jump in if they have the right plan.

I don't think it will affect PS sales.
If all it will be little % like 1-3%.

Apple comes to mind but they are barely able to make sense of gaming in iMacs let alone a whole ass gaming dedicated machine.

They would have to consult with and hire people experienced in the gaming industry and running a successful platform.

They just need to hire whatever people worked on an old console, rip off every single piece of design with a modern APU, and call it innovation. People will buy day one.
